Fujerra is a Nigeria-based import facilitation platform that connects Nigerian traders and businesses with Chinese suppliers. We provide AI-powered sourcing reports, supplier verification services, and group buy coordination — all funded through your Naira wallet via your personal dedicated bank account.
Fujerra is not a freight forwarder, customs agent, trading company, or financial institution. We are a technology platform that facilitates trade research and coordination.
To use Fujerra, you must:
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before accessing financial features. KYC requires a valid government-issued ID and a selfie photograph.
You are solely responsible for:
Fujerra will never request your password or PIN via email, phone call, or SMS.
Your Fujerra wallet is funded exclusively in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via your dedicated virtual bank account. Fujerra does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or foreign currency transfers.

All fees are deducted from your wallet at the time of service request. Fees are non-refundable once a request has been accepted and work has commenced.
Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified users only and are processed within 24 business hours. Fujerra reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
Fujerra's AI Sourcing service provides research reports based on publicly available information from 1688, Alibaba, and other Chinese platforms. Reports are delivered within 48 hours of payment.
While we strive for accuracy, Fujerra does not guarantee specific outcomes, product availability, pricing stability, or supplier performance. The sourcing report is for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of supply or a contract with any supplier.
Fujerra's Supplier Verification service provides a trust assessment based on available information at the time of the request. Verification results reflect the supplier's status at the time of the report and may change over time.
Fujerra shall not be held liable for any losses arising from transactions with verified suppliers after the report date. Verification is a risk reduction tool, not a guarantee of supplier performance.
All group buy payments are held in Fujerra escrow until goods arrive in Nigeria and delivery is confirmed by our team.

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Fujerra reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in suspicious financial activity, or used for any prohibited purpose — without prior notice and without liability.
Upon termination, any available wallet balance will be refunded after deducting applicable fees, subject to AML review.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Fujerra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
Fujerra may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
